摘要: Genus Plumeria (Apocynaceae) contain largely of shrubs or flowering trees which are grown throughout the tropical region including many parts India. These plants well known for their religious value, cosmetic importance and tremendous potential to be used as medicinal agents cure infections, digestive diseases, anti-inflammatory antipyretic action, anti-tumor potential, anti-oxidant properties etc. In this review article various established facts regarding species have been compiled. The highlights historical findingsand present status these with in field drug development future.
