Enhanced anti-metastatic and anti-tumorigenic efficacy of Berbamine loaded lipid nanoparticles in vivo.

摘要: Research on metastasis is gaining momentum for effective cancer management. Berbamine (BBM) has the potency to act as a therapeutic in multiple cancers and metastasis. However, major limitation of compound includes poor bioavailability at tumor site due short plasma half-life. Here, our objective involved development lipid based nanoparticles (NPs) loaded with BBM an aim circumvent above problem. Moreover its, potentiality was evaluated through various vitro cellular studies vivo melanoma primary experimental lung metastatic model C57BL/6 mice. Results different experiments demonstrated enhanced efficacy BBM-NPs inhibiting metastasis, cell proliferation growth compared native highly lines. Further, results suppression B16F10 mice treated than that BBM. Importantly, moderately cytotoxic dose able significantly suppress incidence cells vivo. indicated approach aggressive cancer.
