摘要: The excellent stability and anti-interference of the flexible arrayed glucose sensor based on microfluidic framework were successfully fabricated in this research. First, ruthenium dioxide sensing membranes deposited polyethylene terephthalate by radio frequency sputtering technology. Because (Ru) was better catalyst which commonly used hydrogenated reaction, Ru chosen as membrane. Second, conducted wires insulation layer prepared screen-printed Nafion could increase prevent interferences from passing Finally, mixed solution doped membrane entrapment method that fabricated. In order to get low consumption decrease required volume fluid, we combined framework. sensitivity, investigated. According experimental results, linearity 0.994 average sensitivity 0.192 mV/(mg/dL) at best flow rate dynamical condition ( \(20~{\mu}\) L/min).
