摘要: Programming algorithms suitable for non-volatile memory devices are presented, where the usual staircase type of waveform is decomposed into multiple passes. The same pulses used, but their order different, being broken down N subsets every N-th pulse so that there programming For example, in a four pass version first would sequentially have (1, 5, 9, . ) staircase; second (2, 6, 10, ); and on third fourth By using large step size stepping up program voltage V PGM , pre-verify shifted verify margins different passes, narrow distribution can be obtained with Also, complementary set features, quick write (QPW) done without drawback doing QPW by use shared levels.
