摘要: Protein kinase C-θ is a member of the n-protein C subfamily that in mitotic cells translocates to centrosomes and kinetochores. Although this expressed comparable amounts murine erythroleukaemia during interphase or metaphase, when localized structures, it selectively phosphorylates 66 kDa protein, also associated chromosomes. Moreover, protein immunoprecipitated from at metaphase results four times more active absence lipid cofactors as compared with obtained interphase. This activation accomplished by interaction factor which promotes an increased auto-phosphorylation kinase. These findings indicate phase cell cycle, recognizes operates positive modulator activity lipids.
