摘要: Lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)] represents a class of lipoproteins with some structural similarity to low density lipoprotein (LDL), but containing unique apoprotein, apoprotein(a). First reported in 1963, Lp(a) is now considered have an independent role the development atherosclerotic lesions. The level blood under strong genetic influence and does not appear be alterable by lifestyle factors known other lipoproteins. Regular moderate exercise has been shown favorably alter lipoproteins, recent attention focused on whether can influenced physical activity. Current data from cross-sectional intervention studies show little effect serum concentration. One possible exception may elevation concentration adult endurance power athletes who intensely daily basis. However, all taken into account racial or ethnic differences concentrations skewed distribution observed within most populations. Standard dietary such as fat diet recommended for weight loss control lipids level. At present, significantly altered realistic changes activity health. synergistic cardiovascular disease risk when both LDL-cholesterol are elevated highlight importance attending those that modified changes.
