摘要: Summary Objective The aims of this propective study were: (1) to compare stress thallium-201 single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) and dobutamine echocardiography (DE) in the detection silent myocardial ischemia (SMI) asymptomatic high risk diabetic patients; (2) analyse long-term outcome after intensive care SMI these patients. Methods SPECT was performed 100 patients DE first 75 Coronary angiography realized with SMI, revascularization for suitable lesions. Intensive treatment atherosclerosis factors all Patients were followed 2 ± 0.5 years subsequent occurrence cardiac death, infarction revascularization. Results detected by 62% 10% (p Conclusion seems more accurate than detect significant coronary stenosis In population, aggressive systematic combined is associated a favorable prognosis, similar without initial SMI.
