摘要: Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) systems not only enable group learning independently of students' location and time, but also foster the development leadership abilities. However, given that interactions promote do occur spontaneously, participation tutors is needed to resolve conflicts. Even when tasks a teacher in virtual environment are an extension their traditional classrooms, teachers tend use e-learning contexts same practices they education. Considering skills e-tutor CSCL belong category acquired skills, we propose develop application aiming at training e-tutors these skills.
