摘要: Interference screw fixation is frequently used in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with the bone-patellar tendon-bone graft. There have been no data available about influence of diameter and insertion torque on primary stability. We designed a cadaveric study using paired knees to analyze comparative effectiveness 20-mm long screws different diameters (9 mm versus 7 mm) significance during insertion. Testing failure was performed tensiometer crosshead speed 200 mm/min. After slippage bone peg 7-mm specimens, experiment repeated each specimen 9-mm fixation. Maximum tensile force greater at femoral than tibial site. Results refixations were only slightly inferior original specimens. Our results further showed that can be as predictor stability block but cannot an indicator for strength reconstruction. The are not recommended Failed fixations replaced by successful our model.
