摘要: Summary The aim of this study was to formulate stable water-in-oil (w/o) emulsions containing oilswith a high percentage fatty acids, sterols, vitamins, cholesterol, and ceramides inorder improve topical treatment dry skin conditions. Two w/o weredeveloped physicochemical characterized.The biological effects the formulations were assessed on volar surface thehuman foreharm over 28 days. results obtained showed that areas treated by eithercream significantly different from control area, as epidermalcapacitance sebometry Treatment with cream ceramidespresented higher values corneometry.According sensory evaluation performed, both creams found have goodacceptability.
