摘要: Ceramide 3 is used mainly as a moisturizer in various cosmetic products. Although several safety studies on formulations containing pseudo-ceramide or ceramide have been conducted at the preclinical and clinical levels for regulatory approval, no evaluated systemic toxicity of 3. To address this issue, we risk assessment comprehensive toxicological review pseudo-ceramide. We assumed that present personal products concentrations 0.5–10%. Based previously reported exposure data, margin (MOS) was calculated product type, use pattern, concentration. Lipsticks with up to 10% (MOS = 4111) are considered safe, while shampoos 0.5% (MOS = 148) known be safe. Reported MOS values body lotion applied hands (1% 3) back (5% were 103 168, respectively. anticipate face cream would safe concentration 3% (MOS = 149). Collectively, approach indicated concerns less than 1%
