摘要: Organization development is an approach to planned change that used in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. However, relatively little known about OD universities. This paper examines challenges associated with use of universities may not be present private sector other non-university settings. Five case studies using are examined. OD-based on-going at each institution events influencing will continue.
