摘要: When a crude extract of sprouted mung beans is passed through column Sephadex G-100, two peaks containing deoxyribonuclease activity and three ribonuclease are detected, all at pH 5.0, without an additional activating cation. The name bean nuclease I suggested for the enzyme that first eluted. It corresponds to previously described by Sung Laskowski (1). This further purified on G-100. Additional evidence lack specificity toward sugar presented. highly specific denatured DNA.
