摘要: Over the last several years, considerable progress has been made in understanding connections of visual system primates. Much this result applications relatively new and powerful autoradiographic histochemical tracing methods that reveal great detail clarity. The major limitation on further does not seem to be technical at time, but rather it is our incomplete knowledge functional subdivisions primate system. It difficult study parts brain for which organization divisions into separate areas or nuclei are still unclear. Quite different schemes cortical have proposed cortex New World (5–7) Old monkeys (96, 111, 116–118) neither these includes all visually responsive cortex. For example, deals with inferotemporal cortex, a region received detailed attention (33, 34, 59), without completely resolving issue number boundaries subdivisions. Efforts show similarites between primates (1, 95, 99), how similar dissimilar two groups presently remains uncertain.
