摘要: Abstract A simple and sensitive method for the simultaneous determination of five fluoroquinolones (ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin, danofloxacin, difloxacin, sarafloxacin) in bovine milk was developed. Protein precipitation from samples achieved by addition acetonitrile o‐phosphoric acid. Acetonitrile removed with dichloromethane, leaving acid aqueous extract.
