摘要: Cancer prevention must be a leading public health objective, if we are to reduce cancer morbidity and mortality in the world. chemoprevention is defined as use of chemical agents prevent eliminate or preinvasive, intraepithelial, precursor lesions that progress invasive cancer. There several thousand single large number undefined mixtures literature which either have epidemiological evidence preventing cancer, been shown experimental animals, cancer-related endpoints exhibit activity vivo vitro mechanistically related prevention.
