摘要: Subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) strikes individuals with devastating neurological results. Traditional viewpoints do not explain all the differences that are usually found in clinical practice. The role of genetic predisposition SAH has recently been investigated. Particular attention paid to apolipoprotein E (apoE) genotype. APOE genotype is a major prognostic factor patient outcome after spontaneous aneurysmal SAH. In patients SAH, expression apoE e4 allele associated higher risk negative and delayed ischemia. Evidence from experimental studies confirms plays an important pathological events This article reviews related research surveys links between apoE.
