摘要: BACKGROUND The APOE-E4 allele has been identified as a risk factor for Alzheimer's disease and unfavorable outcomes after brain injuries. purpose of this study was to confirm that APOE polymorphism also represents following aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). METHODS A total 104 patients with SAH were studied. Computed tomography (CT) scan findings assessed by Fisher's grade clinical neurologic assessment performed using the Hunt Hess (HH OR = 4.34, 95% CI 1.20-15.75). However, presence or absence E2 E3 alleles had no significant difference. relative hazard outcome exited adjustment (OR 6.95, 1.21-39.75). Total serum cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein apolipoprotein B elevated in rather than favorable outcomes. CONCLUSION Our confirmed predisposed even though an association between incidence may not exist. effect on neurobiology metabolism seems partially explain difference deserves further study.
