However, there are no reports on conversion into deapiosylated In this study, we showed that crude enzyme Rhizopus oryzae, generally recognized safe (GRAS) fungus isolated meju (fermented soybean brick), completely converted in Platycodi radix extract platycosides: platycodin D (deapi-PD), A (deapi-PA), polygalacin (deapi-PGD), platyconic acid (deapi-PCA).
