摘要: Coordinated charging of plug-in electric vehicles (PEVs) can effectively mitigate the negative effects imposed on power distribution grid by uncoordinated charging. Simultaneously, coordinated algorithms accommodate PEV user’s needs in terms desired state-of-charge and time. In this paper, problem tracking an arbitrary profile PEVs is formulated as a discrete scheduling process, while accounting for heterogeneity rates restricting to only maximum rated power. Then, novel distributed algorithm proposed coordinate eliminate need central aggregator. It guaranteed track, not exceed, utility, maximizing user convenience. A formal optimality analysis provided show that asymptotically optimal case Homogeneous charging, it has very small gap heterogeneous case. Numerical simulations considering realistic scenarios with different penetration levels valley-filing are presented validate algorithm.
