Lifelong learning in Europe: an analysis of raw materials professionals’ learning needs

摘要: Professional refresher courses build decision-makers’ self-knowledge, which can influence behaviours and choices. This work aims to illustrate the training needs of European professionals working in raw materials sector, order identify any educational gap. A target analysis is carried out within context project RefresCO—Professional Refresher Courses, funded by EIT Raw Materials. sample trade associations, entrepreneurs, managers involved was built using a bottom-up approach computer-assisted Web interview survey conducted through Limesurvey platform. Results show existence ‘ROW (Return Over Waste) cube’, combines technological aspects waste treatment economic helping related business opportunities.
