摘要: The complexity associated with reducing inequality in Indigenous education incorporates a multitude of causal factors. Issues delivery and outcomes remote communities are endemic nationally, yet the Northern Territory uniquely disadvantaged due to their geographical cultural isolation. By looking at factors affecting quality continuity teachers communities, as well need for institutional collaboration, targeted recruitment strategies reorientation expectations, this article will consider one strategy developed order recruit retain effective these communities.
