摘要: In this paper, the spectral volume (SV) method is extended to solve viscous flow governed by Navier-Stokes equations. Several techniques discretize fluxes have been tested, and a formulation similar local discontinuous Galerkin (DG) approach developed for DG has selected in present study. The SV combines two key ideas, which are bases of finite element methods, i.e., physics wave propagation accounted use Riemann solver high-order accuracy achieved through polynomial reconstructions within volumes. 2D advection-diffusion equation compressible equations described. Accuracy studies performed using problems with analytical solutions. used compute laminar shown its potential.
