摘要: An important technology used in toxicogenomic drug discovery research is the microarray, which enables researchers to simultaneously analyze expression of a large number genes. To build database and data analysis system for use assessing safety drugs candidates, 2002 we conducted 5-year collaborative study Toxicogenomics Project (TGP1) Japan. Experimental generated by such studies must be validated different laboratories robust accurate analysis. For this purpose, intra- inter-laboratory validation with participating companies second (TGP2). Gene liver rats treated acetaminophen (APAP) was independently examined using Affymetrix GeneChip microarrays. The reproducibility evaluated hierarchical clustering toxicogenomics results were highly reproducible, indicating that gene our TGP1 project reliable compatible laboratories.
