摘要: We investigated the effects of a single bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) injection in vivo on gene expression tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF) and its receptors: TNF receptor type I (TNF-R 55 kDa or TNF-R1) II 75 TNF-R2) various tissues white blood cells. While mRNA rapidly accumulated most tissues, TNF-R1 TNF-R2 levels were found to be differentially regulated lung, spleen, lymph nodes In cases, TNF-R did not parallel levels. These observations indicate that both types capable modulating host response LPS, only by shedding their extracellular domains, but also strict regulation expression.
