摘要: To well understand the community structure and composition of mesophilic microorganisms in anaerobic system fed with PTA wastewater, an up-flow fixed bed reactor was continuously run at 33 37 °C for 75 60 days, respectively. Both fluorescence situ hybridization analysis 454-pyrosequencing were applied to investigate microbial distinction within ranges. A preferable performance achieved than °C. The taxonomic complexities two samples further compared phylum, class, genus levels. Notably, diversity differed a lot change populations observed mainly shared OTUs. Genus level showed that when temperature increased °C, abundance Thauera Hydrogenophaga (β-Proteobacteria) decreased by 93.75 61.47 %, respectively, whereas Syntrophorhabdus (δ-Proteobacteria) from 4.93 16.01 %. Furthermore, dominant archaeal Methanobacterium both temperatures indicated prevailing contribution hydrogenotrophic methanogens system.
