摘要: The appearance and development of somatostatin-like immunoreactivity (SLI) in the peripheral nervous system quail embryos were studied using radioimmunoanalysis immunocytochemistry. In vivo, no SLI is observed neural crest cells before or during migration. appears between days 3 4 incubation sympathetic ganglia, immediately following ganglion formation, 5 adrenal gland, soon after gland primordium first appears. differs from that ganglia. While former amount number SLI-containing increase as embryo ages, ganglia percentage SLI- containing decrease. When migrating are obtained sclerotomal part 3-day grown culture, they display 48 hr, increases thereafter. sympathoadrenal precursors removed at vitro, 24 hr culture next few days. Our results demonstrate present very early its parallels differentiation into autonomic ganglionic cells. We also show can be reproduced thus permitting study peptide production expression vitro.
