摘要: ABSTRACTIntroduction: Effective and safe drugs for the treatment of neuropathic pain are still an unmet clinical need. Neuropathic pain, caused by a lesion or disease that affects somatosensory system, is debilitating hampering condition has great economic cost and, above all, tremendous impact on quality life. Sodium channels one major players in generating propagating action potentials. They represent appealing target researchers involved development new safer useful pain.
