摘要: AbstractWe present a review concerning the determination and control of pesticide residues transformation products in beverages. We preparation methods using microextraction techniques, which are time-consuming, inexpensive, simple, endeavor to be environment friendly. Mass spectrometry (MS) tandem mass (MS/MS) technologies able detect quantify matrix-induced chromatographic response effects (matrix effects) accurately, even with low milligram per kilogram levels. Rapid detection technology is an important tool food product analysis. analyze persistence beverages order effectively their quality safety.
