摘要: Six female subjects, in the age group of 20-25 years, were included study. Peripheral blood was collected from each 6 subjects and exposed for one hr to 5 different magnetic densities (2 mT, 3 7 10 rms) at 50 Hz, addition control. The samples processed comet assay. Comet-tail length measured cells per treatment individual. data pooled flux density field tested. When compared with control value, there a significant increase DNA damage density. Since an genomic instability is indicator deleterious effects on health, it may be concluded that chronic exposure doses used present study result increased incidence congenital malformations cancer.
