摘要: By means of a circadian clock system, all the living organisms on earth including human beings can anticipate environmental rhythmic changes such as light/dark and warm/cold periods in daily well yearly manner. Anticipating provide with survival benefits via manifesting behavior physiology at an advantageous time day year. Cell-autonomous oscillators, governed by transcriptional feedback loop composed positive negative elements, are organized into hierarchical system throughout generate oscillatory expression gene itself controlled genes (ccgs) 24 hr periodicity. In loop, hetero-dimeric transcription factor complex induces regulatory proteins, which turn represses activity factors to inhibit their own transcription. Thus, for robust rhythms ccgs, precise control subcellular localization and/or timely translocation core protein crucial. Here, we discuss how sub-cellular nuclear time-specific manner focusing proteins.
