摘要: A 71-year-old woman with an hepatic cyst that led to obstructive jaundice is reported. Percutaneous intracystic fluid aspiration was useful in transiently decreasing the jaundice. Thereafter, extirpated, and found be large (nearly 10 cm), benign non-parasitic. This patient 15 similar cases reported literature, indicate risk of induced by a simple related its size (larger than cm) location near common duct.
