摘要: A 68-year-old woman had a solitary 12.0 cm hepatic cyst with septum. The was located near the hilum and she presented obstructive jaundice caused by compression of hilar bile duct. Stenosis common duct detected at porta hepatis on endoscopic retrograde cholangiography (ERC), encasement right artery same level revealed abdominal angiography. Transpapillary cholangioscopy showed mucosal erosions After transpapillary cholangioscopy, became infected, for which emergency percutaneous transhepatic drainage performed. As result, patient’s subsided. that existed site corresponding to also improved. In conclusion, stenosis considered be due artery.
