摘要: Allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) is a potentially curative treatment for patients with hematological malignancies. However, associated substantial rates of morbidity and mortality. We others have shown that malglycemia adverse transplant outcome. Therefore, improving glycemic control may improve In this prospective study we evaluated the feasibility using Glucommander (a Computer-Guided Glucose Management System; CGGM) in order to achieve improved glucose hospitalized HCT patients. Nineteen adult contributed 21 separate instances on CGGM. Patients were CGGM median 43 h. Median initial blood (BG) was 244 mg/dL, 20 reached BG target 100-140 mg/dL after 6 h. After range, average level per patient 124 mg/dL. Six had total 10 events <70 mg/dL (0.9% measurements), no experienced <40 mg/dL. The estimated duration 3 h (0.2% time). conclusion, our demonstrates stringent feasible.
