摘要: Abstract The kinetics of adsorption chymotrypsin (ChTr) from solution onto a solid surface has been studied experimentally and theoretically. On this basis the initial phase reaction ChTr with surface-denatured bovine serum albumin at liquid-solid interface can be described qualitatively quantitatively. Experiment theory show furthermore that recording ellipsometer may used to measure coefficients diffusion rapidly in extremely dilute solutions. It is emphasized interfacial enzyme studies type permit one investigate more easily finer detail than bulk reactions, where very rapid methods have employed.
