摘要: Major histocompatibility complex molecules play a major role in immunological defense against pathogens. Polymorphism of bovine leukocyte antigen (BoLA) DQA1 gene is being intensively investigated for potential association with economically important diseases cattle. Accordingly, we the Exon 2 polymorphism as evidenced by variation binding pockets variability immune response to inactivated trivalent (O, A and Asia1) foot mouth disease virus (FMDV) vaccine closed population crossbred Antibody titer >1.8 was set cutoff value distinguish protected (> 1.8) unprotected ( 1] good proportion alleles given serotype. The knowledge has implications future selection programmes if integrated complete BoLA haplotype details production traits herd.
