摘要: Certain tumour cells, such as gliomas, melanomas and squamous carcinomas has increased numbers of epidermal growth factor receptors per cell, due to gene amplification or transcription rates1–3. These could be used targets for therapy with factor, EGF, conjugated toxic agents. The in normal cells are ranging from 0 104, but the mentioned number can highly increased. Growth factors carrying agents could, its size, better than antibodies at penetrating tissues. radioactive nuclides, stable nuclides suitable neutron capture toxins. consisting only a 53 amino acid sequence molecular weight about 6 kDa, compact very structure. In earlier studies EGF been modified without destruction biological activity specificity receptor4–6.
