摘要: In a 3D nonvolatile memory with elements arranged in three-dimensional pattern defined by rectangular coordinates having x, y and z-directions plurality of parallel planes from bottom plane to top stacked the z-direction over semiconductor substrate; local bit lines elongated through layers two-dimensional array line pillars rows x-direction columns y-direction; further staircase word spaced apart y-direction between separated at crossings, individual each series alternating steps risers respectively traversing across segment plane.
