摘要: Atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) mass spectrometry was investigated as a new method for analysis of mixture triglycerides separated by reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography. A homogeneous (monoacid) triglyceride standards containing fatty acids with zero to three double bonds analyzed demonstrate the quality spectra obtained using APCI interface. The showed that minimal fragmentation occurs, resulting primarily in diglyceride [M−RCOO]+ ions and [M+1]+ protonated molecular ions. degree unsaturation within acyl chains had marked effect on proportion vs. formed source. two or predominantly ions, peaks representing 13 25% base peak. singly unsaturated gave peak, an intensity 20 28% Only were observable saturated acids.
