摘要: A simple, fast and reproducible reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method coupled to electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) for the analysis of triacylglycerols (TAGs) species in commercial edible oils has been developed. The TAGs were separated using isocratic 18% isopropanol methanol a Phenomenex C18 column. ESI-MS conditions optimized flow injection standard TAG. Fifteen, fourteen, sixteen identified corn oil, rapeseed sunflower respectively. presence intense protonated molecular (M + H⁺), ammonium ${\rm NH}_{4}^{ } $), sodium Na⁺) adducts ions their respective diacylglycerols spectra showed correct identification TAGs. Some minor potassium K⁺) also found. In addition, identity fatty acid, position each location double bond acid moiety explained. It was found that this is useful screening lipids.
