摘要: An improved comprehensive two-dimensional (LC × LC) HPLC system for the analysis of triacylglycerols was developed. In first-dimension, a Ag(I)-coated cation exchanger (250 mm 2.1 mm, 5 ?m) employed with gradient from 100% MeOH to 6% MeCN in at 20 ?L/min. Using 10-way valve two switching loops, 1 min sections first-dimension were introduced second-dimension consisting 30 4.6 C18 (1.8 column an isocratic mobile phase methanol?methyl tert-butyl ether (70:30) 3.0 mL/min.
