摘要: Triglyceride profile of seed oil samples from 32 hybrid grape varieties not studied before was investigated. A new method for the analysis triacylglycerols (TAGs) has been developed based on direct infusion in electrospray ionization (ESI) source and employing tetrahydrofuran/methanol/water (85:10:5 v|v|v) as solvent; formation [M + Na]+ ions high yield observed. TAGs were identified by ESI-tandem mass spectrometry analysis, matrix-assisted-laser-desorption-ionization time-of-flight determined. Six principal oil: trilinolein (LLL) most abundant (43%), followed dilinoleoyl-oleoylglycerol (LOL, 23%), dilinoleoyl-palmitoylglycerol (LPL, 15%). Compounds present lower concentration LSL LOO (11%), LOP (6%), LSP (2%). Compared with oils produced V. Vinifera grapes, some significant differences relative abundances found, particular showed higher LOL LPL content, respectively. Among studied, a particularly content LLL (rich unsaturated fatty acids) found two red varieties. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
