摘要: Abstract The basic electrical parameters of supported bilayer lipid membranes (s-BLMs) are resistance, capacitance, current, and voltage. Experimentally, either alternating current (AC) or direct (DC) has been used for their measurements. We describe a simple setup measurements properties s-BLMs, using complementary AC DC method. results obtained have demonstrated the usefulness such an approach studying s-BLMs. frequency dependence resistance capacitance on s-BLMs make them possible to compare different published data by at frequencies DC. In some experiments increases more sharply with lowering frequency. As demonstrated, certain modified AQS TCNQ can transfer electrons readily from bathing solution via BLM supporting Pt surface. chances biotechnological applications may be advanced suitable modifications
