摘要: Com a difusao do uso de meios contraste, avancos na tecnologia das bobinas superficie e desenvolvimento protocolos rapidos aquisicao imagens, ressonância magnetica (RM) mama com meio contraste tem-se mostrado importante modalidade deteccao, diagnostico estadiamento câncer mama. Apesar desses avancos, existem alguns pontos nao consensuais no que diz respeito aos aspectos tecnicos criterios interpretacao imagem da RM contrastada Neste artigo fazemos revisao bibliografica dos parâmetros imagens mama, incluindo consideracoes sobre "performance" equipamento, radiofrequencia dedicadas, modo utilizacao paramagnetico, tecnicas supressao gordura, planos aquisicao, sequencias pulso fontes artefato.
