摘要: Amelotin (AMTN) is expressed and secreted by ameloblasts in the maturation stage of amelogenesis persist with low levels junctional epithelium (JE) erupted teeth. The purpose this study to investigate transcriptional regulation AMTN gene transforming growth factor beta1 (TGFβ1) gingival epithelial (GE1) cells apoptosis phase. Apoptosis was evaluated fragmentation chromosomal DNA TUNEL staining. A real-time PCR carried out examine mRNA induced TGFβ1 Smad3 overexpression.
