摘要: Maturation-stage ameloblasts are firmly bound to the tooth enamel by a basal lamina-like structure. The mechanism underlying this adhesion, however, remains be fully clarified. goal of study was investigate adhesion between structure and in monkey germ. High-resolution immunogold labeling performed localize amelotin laminin 332 at interface enamel. Minute, electron-dense strands were observed on side lamina densa, extending into degrading matrix produce well-developed fibrous layer (lamina fibroreticularis). In un-demineralized tissue sections, mineral crystals smaller than those bulk adhering these where they protruded surface Immunogold particles reactive for preferentially localized layer. On other hand, solely densa; none These results suggest that is partly composed molecules, molecules facilitate ameloblast-enamel promoting mineralization during maturation stage amelogenesis.
