摘要: Cancer cachexia is a multifactorial syndrome characterized by body weight loss, atrophy of adipose tissue (AT) and systemic inflammation. However, there limited information regarding the mechanisms immunometabolic response in AT from cancer cachexia. Male Wistar rats were inoculated with 2 × 107 Walker 256 tumor cells [tumor bearing (TB) rats]. The mesenteric (MeAT) was collected on d 0, 4, 7 (early stage), 14 (cachexia stage) after cell injection. Surgical biopsies for MeAT obtained patients who had gastrointestinal Lipolysis showed an early decrease glycerol release TB 4 (TB4) relation to control, followed 6-fold increase TB14 rats, whereas de novo lipogenesis markedly lower incorporation glucose into fatty acids during development CD11b CD68 positive TB7 respectively. In addition, we found stage results similar those animals patients: increased presence CD68+, iNOS2+, TNFα+, HSL+ cells. summary, translational analysis animal model enabled us identify disruption Adl turnover subsequent inflammatory cachexia.-Henriques, F.
