摘要: Arsenic is a widespread environmental contaminant and recognized carcinogen for the skin, bladder lungs. In recent years, there has been an increasing number of studies that have investigated effects arsenic exposure cancer risk at other sites, including breast. However, to date, association between breast remains unclear. This article will provide overview metabolism, clinically important biomarkers commonly used assess exposure, review epidemiologic examining role on risk. Given large burden disease associated with cancer, it upmost importance identify factors preventative strategies could reduce incidence. Limiting endemic toxins, such as arsenic, represents one strategy. More are required better ascertain this relationship develop public policy necessary significantly
