摘要: Cardiolipin (CL), one of bisphosphatidyl glycerol lipid, is found to contain high level C18:2 acyl chains and exist exclusively in inner membranes mitochondria. remodeling the process for CL attain its specific chains. With purpose introducing this interesting field readers, review, we elucidate role cardiolipin normal functions mitochondria by analyzing physical chemical characters cardiolipin; introduce current models enzymes involved process; reviewed latest progress clinical implications remodeling.
