摘要: Methods and compositions expand the options for making primers use in amplifying nucleic acid segments. The invention eliminates step of custom synthesis Polymerase Chain Reactions (PCR). Instead being custom-synthesized, a primer is replaced by combination several oligonucleotide modules selected from pre-synthesized library. A modular just few oligonucleotides essentially mimics performance conventional, custom-made matching sequence priming site template. Each module has segment that matches one stretches within site.
